H1N1 VACCINES -

Information packets and permission slips were sent home Tuesday for the free H1N1 vaccine being offered
through St. John’s. Please return them BY TOMORROW, Nov. 20. Please note: Children 10 and under may
receive 2 doses of the vaccine, at least28 days apart. Children over 10 may receive a single dose.
Also, no one may receive the nasal spray vaccination if he or she has received any other vaccination
within the past 28 days. The vaccination may be received by injection or you may wait 28 days after
your previous vaccination to receive the nasal vaccination.
